I am looking for schematics for the N64 motherboard, pinouts for the memory expansion slot and the expansion slot on the bottom. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you,

The expansion slot is connected directly to the cartridge pins.
it's pretty self explanatory. Everything matches up to it's corresponding connection. And if you wanted to see where the traces go, you could use an exacto knife to scrape the white film.

Listen carefully, for the wisdom of the benheck forums speaks softly...I believe the infomation you seek is found deep within the ancient pages of the STICKY...Go check it out, there's lots of info there.

Yes, the memory expansion pack's schematics are on the forum, although you need to wire each wire to each corresponding pin anyway; assuming it works (no guarantee). The expansion port is not required as not used, so normally removed.
a lot of the links in the Sticky are dead. I mainly need a schematic of the N64 motherboard. I found the pinout for the mem. expansion. So then the pinout for the expansion port is exactly the same as the cart. port?
I would absolutly LOVE to get my hands on the N64 schematic. Then I could re-build it from the ground up, and make a PCB much smaller than the original.

It's easy to fix the dead links. First, click on the link. You will go to a 404 page. Click in the address bar, and delete "/phpBB", and at the beginning before "benheck" but after "www." add "forums." Here is an example:

I found a site that linked to the patent of the N64. The pdf file on that site contains a few schematics that are a bit hard to understand and is more of a block diagram. I am hoping someone finds a full motherboard schematic that is easy to read but this may be interesting for now. The site to the patent is:
There are many more patents by Nintendo about the N64 - they aren't labeled that way, but they've helped many emulator authors RE the protection circuitry (PIF) of the N64. If you want to make a schematic, start with the VR4300 datasheet and pinout.
