After 13 attempts to get an account, I ran out of ideas for names, and a PS2 was my first gaming system, So I decided on sonyportableizer
Which the first time did not work, so I redid it spelled a different way

I got mine from my last name, which is steers, which is synonymous with cow. So I decided on Madcow, which I beleive was taken so I did madc0w. Lately I've started using z80 more often which comes from the gameboy's processor.

I registered as Kurt, Kurt_ and another variation, and for some reason I thought the first two didn't work. By the time I realized, it had stuck.

I now use Kurt_ for all forums, regardless of whether or not Kurt is available. If you see a Kurt_ anywhere, it's probably me.

Saw this girl I liked with an AIM sn of Guster_Lver

Decided that'd do, and replaced Guster with Game. So.

I am Gamelver.

True story

Ah, youth is wonderful :D. Or was :?. Regardless of what people say, I would not consider myself to feel young. Perhaps look it, but not feel it...
Without games my life would have no meaning.
Well, I guess it would, but it would be a lot less fun!!!!!!!

Way to derail a thread.

My name is Brian and "Life of Brian" is the title of a Monty Python movie. That's about it.

I destroyed a dead SNES once to see what is inside - with a hammer - does that count as console hacking?

I hope you are joking, otherwise you suck at math. What year is this?

On a much more interesting screen name story....

I once had a sixth generation screenname. It was "TRSD"

In the eighth grade, we had a health class that for some reason included a environmentalism section in the back of the book. I was bored in class one day, and I flipped to a page that had the words "Acid Rain" in bold. I said to my friend that would be a great band name. So, despite the fact that neither one of us could play anything - or sing well - we started picking stage names. I was going to be DK - pronounced decay.

The band never happened, of course, but I held on the name. DK evolved into Deke, when for some reason, because the last name Dekeman.

In the first chatroom I ever visited in the early 90s - I tried to log in with the username Dekeman. Something screwed up, and the registration didn't go through. Then when I tried to register again, it said the name Dekeman was taken. So, pissed off, I tried "The REAL Dekeman," which worked.

That name stuck for a while, until I was knighted in the chatroom. (Long stupid story.) So I became The Real Sir Dekeman.

Which was shortened to TRSD.

So it goes...

1. DK
2. Deke
3. Dekeman
4. The Real Dekeman
5. The Real Sir Dekeman
6. TRSD

BTW - whenever I have used DK as a screenname in a game, people say it stands for Donkey Kong. But... despite liking that DK - it, obviously, was not. Nor was it for the Dead Kennedies.
