i think i may have found a scsi header http://www.unicornelectronics.com/Conne ... pra10.html its the 50 pin one. unfortunetly they have a 20$ order minimum

Willbeast, thank you. Although I can't buy the one's on the link (as I am in England), I now know they are called header pins, so can locate some.

found soem on eBay, that are 2 x 12's (24), so 2 of them will do.

Goodness, that is bumping an old thread! At least it proves people still read them!

Frankly, it is very easy to relocate a cartridge just using wires - and you can then mount it in your case wherever you want it - better.

I agree with bacteria, it is fairly simple to relocate the slot with just wires.

cool, I might try this. when you do this, do you pry off the ext port on the bottom, or do you lift off the cartridge slot on the top, and then desolder the ext port?

Yes, that.
The cartridge slot will pull right off, plenty easy, and then you can desolder the expansion slot.

Nice job breaking the 1 year mark on bumping this thread.
