screen doesnt fit case

ok so i got a zenith screen and a zn-40 case but the screen motherboard wont fit in the case. am i supposed to cut the motherboard any? or would it be easier to just mod the case more to fit the screen?

I think you have to do the LED mod then cut off the transformer at the top of the BCB right?

Does anyone have a picture that shows exactly where to cut it off?

There's several pictures if you look around, but pretty much the part that sticks up above the flat part and includes the transformer (and not much below the transformer), can be cut off.

I'm using the ZN-40 case as well. Do the LED mod, then you can cut this bit off:

Note: In that image I'd already removed the transformer (metal thing that goes across the gap) and cut off a bit of the top of the motherboard. Once you've removed all that it will fit in easily!
