Spore Creature Creator is really cool, I was part of a program to design a creature for a contest, hopefully I got it in on time. (Was gone all weekend filming PM2)

It has a lot of "life" to it, the creatures have amazing animations and always seem very happy when you give them eyes, ears, etc. You can hatch baby versions of the creature and watch the "parent" react. Very... cute, a word I don't use much.

What's coolest is how it figures out how to animate whatever you build, be it a worm or something with 8 legs.

Should be a neat game!

The sims is stupid, you notice how when you go to the store they is a minimum of 5 different sims expansion packs on the shelf?

Dr. Killgood, you're welcome to your opinion, but please, stop being a jerk. If you don't like the game don't post here. You seem ot hate anything that anyone else likes and quite frankly, it's annoying.

I downloaded the Creature Creator demo yesterday, because I wasn't sure if they were going to be able to pull off everything they said they would, and I must say I was pretty amazed when I made my first creature. I've been following the game for a while, and now that the creature creator is out and looking good I'm all that much more excited for the final thing!

What does that mean? There are expansion packs because it's a wildly successful and popular computer game. I think you just proved the exact opposite of what you meant. Now stop flaming about something so pointless.

I've been looking forward to this game since it was mentioned in PopSci. Looks cool.

I don't get why you'd buy part of a game for $10, just to buy that part again in the entire game when it gets released in 3 months.

I just hope the full game will run on my PC.

And Dr. Killgood: Quit trolling. If you're so insecure about yourself that you have to put down people you don't know on the internet on a regular basis you have far more important things to worry about than other peoples' opinions.
