I am obliged to put an IT converter or a cigarette lighter?

(je ne trouve pas de photos assez explicite sur les connection ou alors je ne comprend pas trop comment faire avec les different voltage du system)

I do not quite explicit photos on the connection or so I too did not understand how with different voltage of the system

(j'ai pour le moment coller mes cables avec colle a chaud et voici quelle que phots de mon petit espace de travail)

I have yet to paste my cables with a hot glue and here is what that phots of my little work space

You don't need a car adapter AND a TI step down regulator - one or the other - the TI is better as it has more power and less wastage, only use a car adapter if you can't get a TI card. Also, if you use a car adapter, as well as only being able to use the jumper pack, batteries will not work as the car adapter takes too much power from the batteries to give the 7v line enough voltage, which means you need mains power and not batteries. With the TI card, you need a 100uf capacitor and 2.2k ohm resistor as in the pic. If you can't get a TI card (I couldn't, I live in UK, you will have the same problem in France), PM Khaag, he might have a spare one to sell you perhaps. If not, you could strip the power mobo from an old GameCube, that (I have been told) can output 5v and 3.3v from 12v, it might be that it gives 3v from a 7.4v battery (?). The N64 needs at least 2.89v to run on the 3.3v line, aim for 3v-3.4v as ideal.

As for the battery, it needs to have large amperage or you won't have much play time with it. I have been advised that 8.8 amps should give about 5.5 hours playtime, so 4.4 amps would probably give about 2.75 hours or thereabouts; it also depends if you use Li-ions (thicker) or Li-Po (thinner, less playtime but easier to mount in case).

Looking at the pic on your monitor showing the proposed look of the system, looks nice, but check the joystick isn't too far in the corner. Use a book of about the same thickness as your system will be, pretend you have a joystick in the place it would be in that representation, if it feels good, fine, if not, change the position. It is not an exact science, a few millimeters here or there can make the system feel much different to use.

No, use 7.2v or 7.4v and a TI card. If you go higher you might blow your PSone screen. 9v and above and you have a problem. Don't assume that a stated voltage in a battery is correct, it may only be correct under load - for example, the 7.4v camcorder cells I use (Li-ions) in my current project actually output about 8.3v, even under normal load (eg N64 powered).

Ça semble bien à date, si tu as un probleme avec une traduction a faire, tu peux m'envoyer un pm, je traduirai, cependandt je ne connais presque rien au N64.

Par curiosité, tu es de France ou du Québec ?
