The standard N64 power supply provides for 2.7 amps on the 3.3v line. So, I figure you'll need about that much.

1.5 amps on the 3.3v line is all you need.

Yes. 1.3 amps if using the expansion pack, just under 1 amps if the jumper pack (the jumper pack doesn't allow you to play all games though). I ran my Nintendo 64 Advance on a 1 amp car adapter (using jumper pack).
