Bought myself a Genesis today

All Phantasy Star games, Fokukoban, 2, 3 and 4 The end of the Millenium, Sonic 2 and 3, Sonic & Knuckles, Soleil (I don't know how it was called in USA, it was called Randacent TV in Japan), Streets of Rage 1 and 2 (you can find 1 in Mega Games 2, PAL only), Golden Axe 1, 2 and 3, Sonic CD (you've gotta get a Sega CD, awesome machine), Virtua Racing, Thunderforce 3 and 4, Lunar: Eternal Blue and Lunar: Silver Star (Mega CD), 3x3 Me no Densetsu (Japan only).

And many more, the Mega Drive / Genesis is an incredibly system, just go regularly to a Cash Converters or such, and pick up some games, they are really cheap.
