Also, unlike many people's progress reports, Gamelver only used one thread instead of many :)

yeah, I've had this thread up since last april, so I'd say it's pretty reasonable that it's reached 19 pages already :)........
Without games my life would have no meaning.
Well, I guess it would, but it would be a lot less fun!!!!!!!

Now we are expecting another gcp out of you, than this will be 40 pages long... Though I think its the fact that a gcp is so cool that this thread got so long.

another GCp, huh?............hmmm......NEVER!!!!!!!!!!! :P....the GCp was one tough system, and I'm probably not gonna do another one, although there is a slight possiblity I may make a few and sell them (for a pretty expensive price, seeing as my GCp has a lot of expensive parts (GC, batteries, battery charger, screen, etc.) don't count on it, though.......

well, I'd say.....A LOT!!!! :P...really though, lets see.....
*7 or so controllers= about $100
*2 Gamecubes= $60
*Batteries= about $200
*Supplies (including vacuum form table and plastic and clay)= about $150
*screen= $50

that's about it, meaning it cost me around......$560 !!!!!!!! wow, I put a LOT of money and effort into this thing (the money part was from my summer job last year, though ;)...)

7 controllers!
I kept frying them I guess? Or did you wreck them splitting the controller in 2?
Anyway, thats some serious $$$. I wish I had that kind of money to spend on portables. :P

woohoo, twenty pages :)!!!!!!!!!!!
anyway, yeah, the controllers were really fragile , and because of that I wasted a lot of money on 'em....at least I had my summer job to finance this huge project :) (well, it's not HUGE, but it did require a good bit of dough ;)....to make the pizza while I worked on the GCp, of course :P)

Well I think you did a remarkable job, and it's well worth it if you ask me. Not only does it work purty but it looks really purty, and I love the touch of keeping the portions of the controllers intact, which is a very creative design choice.

Plus, you've etched yourself into the recordbooks by being the first to portablize the Gamecube into an all-in-one unit.
