No, I live in Richland Center and I was saying that Richland Center is about 2hrs away from there.

Man I would love to go... till I saw this

Departs - 08:00pm Arrives - 11:50pm Duration - 1d, 4h, 50m

I was like "Wow! Only 3 hours and 50 mins to.... wait...." Then I looked at the duration. I'm a slave to Greyhound :(

Looks like I can't go either.

If you Uppers have the roads clean and clear where it's road I'm driving on and not snow and ice, yeah I might be driving that way. I'm going to look into the millage for both routes, I'd like to see which on is going to save me the most on gas.

Last year, I had my friends sleep over, we went to a local flea market and a few rummage sales early that morning and went to the gaming classic. I got a ton of games that day, and also hit my "200 mark" for video games.

Heres some random pictures I took there last year... my friend has more, I might be able to get them but his hard drive crashed. He might have them on his laptop though...

An awesome car we saw on the way there

myself and my compatriots will be there for bth days. im guessing the vendor table wont happen but im sure we can take over a table in the main area to show off our portables! lol

LODGING INFO
the plan of several of us is to all be stayin in the same hotel in neighboring rooms, the easiest way to do this is have one person book several rooms next to eachother and then have the persons stayin in those rooms pay the person who booked the room, split however many ways to cover the cost of the room. if anyone else has an easier or better way to get rooms all near eachother please post it!

I've got a secret one planned just for this, and not gonna lie, it's quite beautiful. :D Gonna have your GCP ready this year?

Oh and where are we gonna stay? That same place as last year, or maybe at the actual resort this time for convenience?

That's what car trunk sales are for.

You could probably fit lots of merchandise in back of the Volvo if it's in working order yet...

Yeah, that's probably a BAAAAD idea.

Make sure you guys take lots of pictures / videos for those of us who can't attend this year, okay? (And play a game of Space Duel for me, if they have one.)

Well, I kinda did it again. I started hotel reservations for myself, and decided to get a group of Benheckers together. This year, since it's looking like we'll have quite a few people, I have reserved 2 suites at the Ramada limited in Waukesha, WI. I did decide to get a 2 queen bed smoking room, since it was that or 1-king nonsmoking, and beds are good to have. As a courtesy to others, please do not smoke in the rooms if you do smoke.

As of right now, with people and their friends, it's looking like we'll have around 10 people split between these 2 suites... since these rooms are pretty big (see the two room suite pic) I think we can probably get 10 people per room. I'd recommend bringing inflatable matresses, or preparing to buy one when you arrive (I got one at Target for $10, pretty comfortable too) since beds are limited. Of course, if you don't mind sleeping on the floor that's an option. Pillows/blankets are also good to bring as much as possible. Let me know if you need a bed (I know one person will probably fly in with his dad, they'd probably get a bed since it's hard to pack pillows, blankets, etc. in a suitcase for a plane)

If you're interested, please PM me your email, number of people you'd be bringing with (minimum, maximum, and likely) and your cell number if possible. (I don't expect to use that one much) I'll downsize the rooms we get as needed, since I can cancel/modify my reservation without penalty within 24 hours. With 10 people, I'd get one suite and it'd average about $25/person for 2 nights. I'd ask for half before this happens, probably a week in advance, so I don't get burned. I'll probably prioritize based on seniority/well-knownness, for safety and other reasons.
