Me too- but I think I got as close as you can to owning one:
The idea is simple- just buy a Dreamcast Sports system, sand it with fine grit sand paper, cover the logo with some tape, and then sprey the lid (not the entire top half) with some krylon fusion.
And for reference here is the real thing:
I plan on overclocking this one and the other one I did the same thing to, and maybe a region mod if it isn't too dificult. I also did a controller, I'll post pictures soon.

Hmm, Dreamcast mod, one would think it goes in the Dreamcast forum...?

EDIT: Nice paint job, by the way. What paint did you use, and did you throw down a coat of primer before spraying on the good stuff?

Could you get any higher quality pics? I might do this, so it would be nice to see higher quality pics.

Wow this is amazing FLAWLESS I can't tell the Difference!
How much would it cost for you to do that type of work on my Dreamcast?

If I had a dreamcast sport edition I would totally do that to mine. Really nice mod.

The Sega Sports system has a BIG sega sports logo under the Dreamcast swirl. I covered it up.

Same could be said of the Hello Kitty Dreamcasts.
That's a nice paint job. Wish I had a sports edition so I could do that, but I sadly have the dull gray model.
