The Firemen(or Fireman I can't remember). Top-view(like Zelda) game where you fight this massive fire from inside the building, trying to save people and hopefully stop the blaze.

Super Bomberman 4(5 is the best, but it was japan only)
SNESp - 100%
Protable X - 15% - I need money :(

Basically all Disney games in the 16 bit time were great epecially alladin.
Jungle Book
The street Fighter that opens with Ryu going up and down (no clue what the title is in America mine is Jap.
I also recall a Mickey Mouse game that went through time that was pretty sweet but I was like 6 at the time.
If you want a cool lemmings type game check out troddlers.

another game many haven't heard of and can be bought anywhere for CHEAP: Darius Twin. Even though most would consider it a mediocre/generic space shooter, its just so much fun and the music, especially the first level, is really good for a 16-bit game. If you are into space shooters at all, its worth trying if for no other reason than the low price.

Final Fantasy Mystic Quest ewwwwwwwwwwwww ewy ewy ewy ewy, *Barfs*

I have that, graphics look like a mid to high level NES game, Fights are EXTREMLY repetitive, Easy, and all you have to do to beat the last boss is to use Recover on it a bunch of time, it doesn't even deserve the Final Fantasy name.

Mario Paint is quite fun, you should be able to find the game cart for cheap, but the mouse is another story.
Super Metroid (The most fun SNES game I have play in like 10 years. You know what, I think I am going to go play it after I get done typing this)
Super Mario RPG (Pretty Easy, but really Fun)
