Could I use this for a Sega Genesis portable?

Includes but not limited to: SNES, Genesis, Sega CD, PlayStation 1, Nintendo 64, Dreamcast, Game Gear and I guess the Virtual Boy.

I have a controller that came with my parents van that has Genesis games on it and a Genesis 1. Could I use those to make a poratble? I'm a total n00b at this too.

Here's some pictures of the controller and the games on it are Columns III, Altered Beast, Shinobi III, Shadow Dancer, Flicky, and Alex Kidd and the Enchanted Castle. I have a PS1 screen also. If this would work, what other materials would I need besides a soldering iron, solder, etc.?[/img]

Well yeah you could make a portable of that, just don't expect it to play carts.
Meh, I don't post much.

That sucks. Well, thanks for the help anyways. Would a Genesis 1 be worth using for a portable, or should I find a Genesis 2? Also, do I have to have a GOAC?

That's a interesting Genesis clone. Looks to be based on a multi-chip Genesis clone set from China, instead of a GOAC.

I'd likely go with a Genesis 2 or 3 if I were in your shoes. Genesis 1 is very big, and doesn't lend itself to portabilizing. Genesis 3 is the smallest you can get without a lot of small soldering.

That is indeed quite a strange clone.

I recommend a Genesis 3 if you are a beginner due it it's small size and durability.
