who here has seen the book live and in person yet?

Hey, making some projects from my book? Got a question about something? Wanna share what you've done? Here's the place - go for it!

I cancelled my order of the book on B&N, and tried amazon with the same card, and they told me the same (in a different way: we have not yet received a valid payment method), so I still dont have the book or an order of it, I need to find other form of payment.

I got a message from amazon yesterday saying that they had just shipped my order.

*hmmms*
Ben said it wasn't due from the printers until the 21st.
Amazon said they were going to send it on 2/9.
Amazon said they sent it yesterday, 2/17.

I guess we'll see who's right when it gets here.

UPDATE:
Says it left KY and arrived in Memphis,TN.
Another day to Little rock, and then one more day to me!
I keep cutting it off.. and it's still too short.

I tried to make an order of the Book on Amazon with the same card and the same thing happened that my Card's Bank was not accepting the charges, but now I've got a borrowed card from my dad and the order is now in process. :D

The estimate shipping date is March 9 - March 21.

How on Earth do you know where Webster Lane is? It's a 200 foot long dirt driveway for crying out loud! The guy who lives on it, Tom Webster, used to be a coworker of mine. He's a pretty nice guy, though when I would walk by with my dog Shiela he'd only have Miller LITE to offer me :) But that was my old address...

Anyway, I've seen my book in person! The cover is more yellow than gold than I thought it would be and a FEW little words here and there have been changed (mostly inside joke stuff I tried to slip in for my friends) but it's still cool to see in print. Though the Acknowledgements section seems to be missing... unless I'm blind?

I got my book friday, that would be the...18th! blazed through it over the weekend. Very Good Job Ben! My brother was reading it and thought it was really easy to read. I don't see how anyone can screw up making one. One thing though: no 2 player port on the SNES's! why???? oh, well. I guess I could add one. I'll be buying some case parts soon. good job ben.

-PS, ben, I don't see any acknowledgements section. were any of us acknowledged?gannon perhaps...
