No it was for the N64 DD (disc drive). The N64 DD was only releasded in Japan. The DD looked much like the Sega CD v.1.

They have a bunch of things for it to read and burn roms. I think lik-sang or some other place I saw had them. I'll try and post it later I got a bunch of homework right now.
You don't have to worry about the world ending tomorrow, it's already tomorrow in Australia

:P , homebrew interest is small, so it has no use, revert to using the Gamecube and PSOLoad, and soon the MaxDrive.

You can connect your n64 with your computer using the Doctor 64 (Z64) or the CD64.
Both include an CD-Drive and a Paralel-Port to connect it to the computer!

there's a similar port on the SNES but I don't think it was for a similar purpose
Gamecube is underestimated and playstation 2 should help kill xbox, allowing Nintendo to steal Halo and make it VR on the Revolution. Can you handle a virtual flood army?

It actually was, the playstation was to be placed under it in the same fashion.

I wish it was supported by some homebrew enthusiasts.
It would be neat to make a portable n64 that could have a cd-drive/zip drive to hold a couple games. Save some space in game storage.

But who would want something like that when they're willing to lug around some carts?
I keep cutting it off.. and it's still too short.
