. I used a electric hair clipper(you know the ones that are used to cut hair on to of your head) and took the guard off and shaved with it. Talking about somthing awkward to use on your face.

Thats why they make electric razors for your face.

I'm 16, started shaving ~1 year ago, I usually shave about twice a week because I don't like it when its noticeable, might jump to 3 or 4 times a week when school starts (I hardly see anyone besides family over the summer, so I don't care as much).

Ok then, i guess I'm just hairy.

I just use a shaver. Its those Schick Quattro Powers, you know the ones that vibrate. Gives yeah an awesome shave. Really nice and smooth.

I did not want to cut my self so thats why I used the head shaver

Its all about using manual razors. Trust me, you wont cut yourself. I never have.

Uhh I'm sure if you tried to lose the weight you could do it. I've never heard of a medical condition that makes you permanently fat. If their is one, that sucks.
