Ok.
To Canada, items under $20 get in tax and duty free. But is this $20 the value of the item, or the value of the item and shipping combined?
Ex. I order a $17 item off eBay with 7 shipping. Would I pay duty/taxes on it?
I asked the Canada Border Agency and they just gave me links (they didn't even put it into text) to some of their sites.
Anybody know which it is? Items under $20 or item and shipping under $20?
Shipping Question (If it doesn't belong here move it!)

It should be the value itself. Otherwise nothing would be tax free because postage treats Canada like a far off island with dragons and cannibals (not far off I guess
). Seriously, I was looking at a $2 item from an electronics site and it was $4 shipping in area, $8 out of area, and like $24 to Canada.
Also, has anyone thought to spell it Caniduh (no offense, I have to)?
