Well that's Sony. They are just trying to get their money back because of their PS3 which failed miserably. And why would anyone want to buy a slimmer PSTwo!? I bet it will cost like $200+ knowing Sony.
And people said Nintendo was bad with 10 versions of every Game Boy, at least there were improvements besides size, such as color screen, backlight, and built in battery.

Are you suggesting that Sony should add a color screen, backlight, and built in battery to the PSTwo?

Its called the PSP.
What I meant with the Game Boy is that there was something added to function with most of the releases, not just a smaller package (just pretend the pocket and micro don't exist). There was a good reason to buy the new version, not just to save a bit of shelf space.

The pocket did not just get smaller; it also took fewer batteries (which matters). With the SP, they added the "backlit" screen and the li-ion battery, and the micro is just stupid. So, they all served a purpose, except the micro.

Umm, that was just for the GBA and they crippled it with the Micro. Oh, remember the GBO? 3 versions? Original, different colors, small one with better screen.
I really thought more people would get "modhappy" about this, I mean all those who dig the PStwo portables built in the past should see the possibilities with this. Well, I find this exciting, and joedog86 as it seems. Thats 2 happy souls anyhow Oh, and one dude that doubts PS2 portables
