Use the crosswire bot, you can get at least 3000 with it.

Hey guys, I put a quick hold on the Flexicon bot so I could release my Chicktionary bot.

You are going to need Cheat Engine which can be downloaded here

NOTE: Cheat Engine WILL be detected by most antivirus programs as a virus. IT IS NOT A VIRUS!

First you will need to open Cheat Engine. If this is your first time using Cheat Engine it will ask you to do something. For this - it doesn't really matter, but saying yes will require you to wait for the process to finish.

You will then need to click the search/computer button in the upper left corner and then press the process watch button. You then need to open/attach to firefox.exe (this has not been tested on IE, but I assume it should work the same).

Then you should log in normally and open up Chicktionary and start a game.
You will notice that the game says that you need 35 more words to finish. In the search box you should input 280 (35 times and press first scan. You will get a large amount of results that is because the remaining words is the not the only address that has that value. This is fine.

To fix this we need to change that value so go ahead type in any word to make it 34 remaining words. Then change the value in the box to 272 (34 times and press next scan. Now there should only be 1 result. In essence, what we did was we searched for any address that had a value of 280 then, but now has a value of 272 which is only one address. Now double click on that address to add it to your cheat table so if you want to do later searches the value will still be there.

Now we need to freeze that value at 0 so the game will think there are no words remaining. Double click on the value of that address and input 0 and press enter. Then tick the box that is under the label that says frozen.

Now enter one more word and you will win. Now you can use Chicktionauto as you wish - proceed in the game until you reach a clean match. This process will be needed everytime you want to begin to bot. Leave Cheat Engine open (can be minimized) throughout the whole botting session.

Thanks to Harshboy, redsox83381 and myself for that mini-tutorial on Cheat Engine, and thanks to Dark_Byte for the creation of Cheat Engine (this process can be done with other memory editors, though Cheat Engine is great).

After tinkering around with the memory in Cheat Engine (leaving Cheat Engine open), you can open up Chicktionauto.exe and proceed from there. You'll need to position your cursor over the topleft-most pixel in the Chicktionary window so the bot can auto-position itself (if you need help with that, view the attached image).

I've included the source in there so you guys could not only learn, but also edit the application if the Sleep()'s are too short or long or something. It's C++, so it should be fairly easy to understand.
