You don't. You just run the .exe, then start it with Ctrl + Alt + Z.

Ya, install greasemonkey, google it.
Then click the link I posted...
On the page will be an "install this script" button, click it.
Let it install, takes about a second and a half.

I love the macro, tried it for about 10 minutes and got 200 points for my computer to just sit there. I wonder how many I'll have by morning, I'll post results when I get up. :P
