That was on hackaday or makezine awhile back. That thing is really cool, really original too. Who would've thought to do that?

hm. come to think of it, I have myself a rather large strobe light. its gotta be a few hundred watts. I guess all I need is something to make the garden hose drip in a predictable pattern and for it to be night... sounds easy...

WOuld that amount of UV be harmfull to you?

its not UV.

the only reason that one is UV is cause it looks cool and makes it more visible.

Back to my question, in the video, is that amount of UV harmfull to us!!!

It says in the original Time Fountain text that, since they're strobing, it's not that harmful. Just…don't stare directly into them for a few hours, or even a few minutes. If you're cautious, you shouldn't get hurt.
