It screwed them over with the n64 for sure.
I do believe that the N64 totally dominated everything ever. This years top 100 games had OoT as #1, nearly 10 years after it came out.
Like with all of things of this nature that is a very subjective statement. Just like any Top Ten list it's relative and more of a starting point for discussion, rather than being the end all be all answer on the matter.

For me the N64 was the beginning of the end for Nintendo. All it had going for it was Goldeneye. It lost damn near everything else that was worthwhile from the third party vendors. And as I have said before Zelda and Mario in 3-D never got it done for me. Ever since then Nintendo has been either the second (n64), third (Gamecube) or no (Wii) system for me. It's really too bad because the SNES and NES were such wonderful systems.

At least the N64 controller wasn't too shabby. OoT would be nowhere a Top 100 list for me. Now A Link to the Past on the other hand? That's a different story.

Too bad this wasn't a couple weeks back. A guy I work with just picked up a Wii at that time. He probably would have been all over this. He did say a friend of his was looking to possibly buy one. I forwarded the link on just in case. I'm sure you won't have any trouble selling it.

I agree on the eBay thing. I saw one say that they were selling a Wii with 15 games. 5 of the games were from Wii Sports and then another chunk of them were from Wii Play (eight I think, but I don't recall). Pretty shameless really, but I'm sure there are some people who will fall for it.

MP3 wont be having it, which is mega lame, one of the big appeals of the wii remote is that the pointer device would be great for a competant and ONLINE shooter. I thought of selling it for more, but i have seen bundles that sell for about $400 with a lot of actual wii titles, i think they are becomign mroe plentiful now.
There has been about 1/240 of a byte of information released about MP3. You don't know it won't have online. Why wouldn't it, after Hunters?
Valve is the best company.

Talked to my brother, and he says he's definitely interested, but is mainly worried about getting stiffed (little known selling reputation, etc). Sure some method could be met though.
