Psp Problem

My friend gave me his psp with a cracked LCD for free. I took it apart and my new screen has arived. Problem is I broke the back light cable Connecter (were you plug it in) On the psp Mobo and now I dont get any Image. Not even the cracked LCD Junk. Anyone have a problem like this?

Well, if you broke the connector, that means there's no power going to it.

Try soldering it back on and then trying it out. And this should be in the Tech Q&A forum, shouldn't it?

I broke that part that locks in the cable there. I just placed the cable in and slipped the lcd over it so it won't come out at all. Not sure the extent of damage you did to yours...
