I just Scored a Complete SNES (No box or pack ins) Yellowed, which is practically unavoidable, with 2 Controllers, all the hook ups, (RF switch and A/V cords, hey go figure, they were both plugged in when I found it)and a Sega Genesis 2 with Mortal Kombat 2, all for just $12.
AND NONE OF ITS DAMAGED WEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
oops I mean Wiiiiiiiiiiiiii!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey, cool, except that is illegal! Alright! Cool! Sweet!ganonbanned wrote:There is a way to get stuff for cheap at goodwill. there was once a NES there with all the cords, 2 controllers, and 4 games taped to it there. I wish I would of known this then...
anyway, I found diablo II there one time for $10, and I changed the label around for a $1. its not illegal, and its cheap!
Yea, that's illegal.
Valve is the best company.

Dude that is wrong, but I do it too.ganonbanned wrote:they screwed up with my perfect invention of corporate america!cowsgoquack101 wrote:Yeah, bagels () is right. You're stealing from the goodwill. What did they do to you?
jk
But not that cheap, if they upped the prce On I console I saw before for $5 bucks and they upped it to $10, I would peel the sticker off and put a $5 sticker on it.
I did this today with the Genesis, but the old ladies eyes were so bad, that she over looked the $5 sticker on the genesis and look at the price tag on the game that was in the system that was $2 bucks, so I got the System and the game for $2
and OMG they wanted $10 for a Genesis 1 Power cord, bull crap Im not paying that for a Powercord when I got the system at the same place for cheaper.
Oh one tip for goodwill, peel the stickers off the Controllers and the games and hook em up to the system and they will only charge for the System, trust me, I did this before.

Not stealing, more like ripping them off.gamemasterAS wrote:You guys are stealing from a charity ? A bit low don't ya think ?
Hey they get enough of my money anyway, cheap B-tards keep raising the price of dirty Genesis and PS1 systems.
Heh charity, yeah right, they may donate most of the money to the unfortunate, but whats to say they are not keeping likearound half of the profits from selling stuff people donated to them.
So even if its a charity, they are not honest.
This wasn't a garage sale, but a badass deal. I bought a Dell Inspiron 5100 (2.5 Ghz p4, 256 MB RAM , WORKING BATTERY
) with a fried hard drive for $30. I'm going to get another 512mb of RAM, and an 80GB HD for it soon. Only $44.50 left for me to finish it ( its $104.50 for the RAM + HD + S & H + tax.)

my haul today is completly 100% made of win!
TWO sony VPH-1272Q CRT multiscan projectors, a huge box of dual link dvi cables, all new. a money counting machine (came with the projectors for some reason, auctions are weird like that) and 2 model m keyboards for ibm terminals (dont work with pc according to internet, ebay away!)

to keep it in perspective that cubbard to the left is 6' tall from the floor to the top, the projected image is about 5' tall and 8' wide and it can go up to about 8x12 or so and still look really good! sorry for the quality of the pics, my camera hates the dark
grand total investment $29.50!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
20$ for BOTH projectors and their remotes and ceiling mount hardware and the money counter
7.50$ for the box of cables probably around 100 cables total lol
2$ for the keyboards
