I am making a stelth sega gen portable in a scanner. and i have took out the glass and im cutting lexan/plexiglass it is 1/4'' thick and it is a pain in the ass to cut cause the dremel takes to long and a hacksaw works but it also takes long and my arm starts to hurt. i do not have a bansaw(i need one:p) or a x-acto knife

No, don't do that. It takes FOREVER, just to do one cut. And you have to score HARD, making error to your cuts or yourself easyb_ski30 wrote:Simply score the lexan with a scoring tool or x-acto knife. Score it a few times and break it by hand. It works great and leaves a perfectly staight edge.
