Oh and Media Coder is a load a crap, It cant Convert MP3s correctly and place them where you want em, and it just took 2 1/2 hours to convert a Movie from a peice of crap ogg file format, and guess what! It didnt put it anywhere when I specifically told it to put it on my desktop, and my Search on my Computer can only find the Crappy ogg file.

I have an instant interest in Contiki, because I have an otherwise useless old laptop with nothing but a floppy drive. However, I can't seem to find an useful documentation about the various apps available. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Thanks.

I've got a couple.

ToniArts Easy Cleaner
http://personal.inet.fi/business/toniarts/ecleane.htm
Small, fast, effective and easy to use registry/unnecessary file cleaner.

Programmers Notepad
http://www.pnotepad.org/
A much better free-hand coding alternative to Notepad. It can automatically recognize many different programming languages like HTML, Java, Javascript, Perl, C/C++ and many more, to color code different tags, making scripts much easier to read. Oh, and it uses tabs for multiple windows, too.

I forget if these are on the list but I'll post them here anyways :P

<b>Notepad++</b>
http://notepad-plus.sourceforge.net
A much better Notepad with syntax highlighting, better search and replace features, and tabbed document windows.

<b>Inkscape</b>
http://www.inkscape.org
Free vector drawing program.

<b>iTunes</b>
http://www.apple.com/itunes
Even if you don't have an iPod, install it for the music and video library. (Making normal MP3s of the music you purchase is easy.) No credit card required, just sign up with a prepaid card!

<b>OpenArena</b>
http://openarena.ws
What happened when the developers released the Quake III engine under the GPL but couldn't release the content due to licensing issues? An entire community popped up and made their own!

<i>Pocket PC Software</i>

<b>The Core Pocket Media Player (TCPMP)</b>
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TCPMP
A much better alternative to Pocket Windows Media Player, can play most formats out of the box. There are codecs and splitters avalible for .flv (Flash videos from sites like YouTube) and H.264 (iPod Video) files.

<b>MiniStumbler</b>
http://netstumbler.com/
Network Stumbler for your PocketPC! It supports most common WiFi chipsets and SDIO WiFi cards. (It runs on my Dell Axim x30 Mid just fine.)

Kevtris 2
http://caywen.spaces.live.com/
It's tetris! On your PDA! Wheee! It has all the features you'd expect from a modern Tetris clone, and plays surprisingly well on the hardware buttons.
