UMMM.....never played dreamcast much or this game, but i do remember it being a hit. it's called shenumi. it's an rpg.
Personaly i'de choose toy commander, because it was very imaginite. and fun. you'd probably like the game for a little while, but then lose intrest because it was intended to be for kids.but I stay interested. i played it all the time when I was young.

Soul Caliber
Grandia II
Sonic Adventure
Phantasy Star (Episode I)

I've spent many an hour playing them. Who knows I might dust off my Dreamcast controller and play some Power Stone with some friends sometime soon, who knows.

Absolutely. You just select off-line when you're going into game selection. The problem is that if you play off-line most of the time, keep at least one person playing on the game with you. The game gets very boring without any other human interaction. Kind of like Diablo II or how WoW would be if it were off-line.

Yes... but it lags terribly on the gamecube in three or four player. I hear Dreamcast is worse, lagging on two player. But doing an overclock mod can boost Dreamcast power beyond that of Gamecube's, almost eliminating lag.

I had a Dreamcast for a bit and want to eventually get another one. While I had one I played these games that I found to be awesome:

Soul Caliber
Marvel vs. Capcom
Resident Evil: Code Veronica

Like I said, I only had my Dreamcast for a short while.
I once wrote:My head may be in the clouds, but the view up here is breathtaking.

"The kind that killed your family."
