I would not mind haveing it and there will be no legal issues with it but I dont want to pay that much for it when it has been used
there is an eject button on the back that makes life easy

you know, you don't need the url tags, they are done automatically when you type in the address. if you wanted to have text link to something, all you need to do is this

Can anyone get the pictures to work on that ebay listing? I keep getting "Your account is not active at this time".

I'd go after it, but what would I do with it? I just received two NES systems today and only paid 10 bucks a piece for them. Just as soon as I can clear out a work space, I plan on building my own NESp (or at least the preliminary stuff - Ben's book is out next month, right?).
