360 Going B*tsh*t?!

Wow, like twenty minutes ago I turn on my 360 for some hot GoW Multiplayer action! Warming up my cover finger, I press player match quick find...and for the first time it said nothing...and I say WTF! Then I go to single player...I play a previous chapter and when it says overwrite the save game, I press A as usual and then it load, and comes back the same "Difficulty Selection" screen...weird...it just goes on and on (me pressing a then loading to that screen). So I try CoD 3...and I go to Multi...nothing?! Halo 2...NOTHING?! The multiplayer in all those games for some reasons have no players! I can sign into live, that's OK (it says I've signed in when I start up)...and right now I'm at Customer service on hold for 25 minutes...UHH...anyone have this happening to them?!

is it properly connecting to your network? might wanna check that first

Yea, it's pretty weird, I mean, as soon as I turn on, it auto signs on and stuff like I see my friends on Live (Jero will play CoD3 pretty soon with you), but the actually multiplayer playing isn't working...are the servers down or something?

My xbox was acting weird yesterday to. Basicly I suddenly get thrown in the xbox menu.(360) and it tries to open the disk tray. But it couldn't. So I try pressing open. it tries to close. So I shut down my xbox and pulled the plug. And it was ok.

I just checked Major Nelson's blog (he's the Xbox Live Director of Programming) and he indicates that Live was having issues last night. Once he gets debriefed on it there will be more information. You can check out what he has to say here:

I got a 360 for xmas setit up and it had 3 red lights the first time i turned it on so we took it back the next day and i also took the wireless controller and the hdd but i havent got that yet

Crap like that always happens to me. i just usually just turn it off and back on and it works fine for me. Or maybe everyone hates going online nowadays....
