odd things in video games

Post by gamer2 »

i was wondering want odd things that you have seen in video games like glitches or other things.

on Shenmue for the Sega Dreamcast you can pull a Sega Saturn out of the cabnet close to the TV but the Sega Saturn has not come out yet in the game (1986) it was just master System.

on Legend of Zelda OoT Queen Ghoma was climbing the pole to escape me and I shot her while she was going Up and went up in to the ceiling.

there are tons of glitches and easter eggs in OoT......many of which are pretty fun :).
Without games my life would have no meaning.
Well, I guess it would, but it would be a lot less fun!!!!!!!

In Zelda: Ocarina of Time, while your playing, if you slowly lift the left side of the cartridge, Links starts flying all around the screen, and you can walk through certain things. It's pretty cool, because one time, I did it in the beginning ( the part where you have to press start (where he's riding his horse)) and Link got stuck under his horse and he was getting trampled.

In Silent Hill for PSone, if you use the walk through walls gameshark code, you can walk through a wall and visit places that are WAY late int he game, after walking a bit far, or, what i'm assuming, to be "concept" areas, places not used in the game at all. You can just walk aound and play in them. The best location to do this is the hospital. The best time to do this is when ever you're in a building, not outside. Like i said, you'll have to walk a small bit out in the distance after you've walked throught he wall, but still, really cool!

In Phantasy Star online (Dreamcast) if you have the dual sabler and you use normal attack there is a certain angle you do it at and you can pass through walls or locked doors. I dont know if they fix that glitch.

Here's a fun glitch in OoT :)........
first, go to the final boss battle with Ganon. then, after he knocks away your sword, save the game. restart your N64 and go to Hyrule field and jump onto Epona. You can now use any item on Epona :)!!!!!! try experimenting with different items :)....
