That's a nice design! But why does it matter what screen you use? It uses IR LEDs on top of the TV, and an accelerometer in the remote. It's not like a light gun.

EDIT: How did you make that 3D model?

Even so, with the internet, why does it have to be a stupid laptop?

Oh and please point out where I said the Wii remote is a light gun?

It matters what screen I use because I tried using one screen but it gave me a copulate up display, but after fiddling with the settings I got it to display, so it doesn't matter anymore.

Looks fairly clean. Is that sketch-up, by the way?

Anyways, good luck with it, seems very success-prone... but what about the power?

Yeah, Sketchup.

The battery pack will be clip on, which will attach to the back of the Wii.
I'm designing that now.

Just thought i'd let you know, are you not allowing acces to the GCN Controller Ports? By the looks of it no, but i could be wrong.

Then you're looking wrong. The Controller ports are on the side.

That side has an opening and the battery pack has a knotched edge so they can hinge open.

Oh, anyone want to comission me to build this? They can keep it after, as long as I get the praise for building it.

Money is tight.

I would love it, really. Could you make an estimate? I'm guessing it would only be for the screen, supplies and battery, because I already have the Wii.

I never said you said it was like a light gun, I just don't get why the TV needs to be a certain kind. I thought that only mattered for light guns.

Where does the sensor bar go on your design?

I'd assume it's where the 2 holes are on the top part of the screen area.

Well I'm in the UK, but power shouldn't be an issue if the original power is used for charging.
