I dunno if this will work with Gnome, but in KDE if you open up a terminal, and type "Ksnapshot" you get a nifty little program to take screen caps, it even has a delay feature, or will only take a snapshot of a certain window or region of the screen.

BTW you can still post it if you dont have internet access, just print screen throw it on a floppy and your all set.

KSnapshot. In my distro you use the Linux equivelent of the start menu (dunno what it's called) -> utilities -> desktop

That wallpaper is from a few days ago. That thing in my hand is a blade of grass covered in ice! All the grass, and everything, everywhere was covered in ice like that!

I am on my host families computer (and their kids chose the wallpaper for the month, The Incredibles) but here are the specs that the computer has (since I built it for them)
2.6 OCed AMD Athlon 64
1Gig DDR400 RAM
80GB SATA Harddrive
LeadTech Nvidia GeForce FX 5200 128mb video card, core and clock OCed
LiteOn DVD burner
Sony DVD burner
Floppy
Phoong Case
and a 500watt PS

Hells yeah.
Works great, almost everything that can be overclocked is done.

Well now that my computer's online again.

I have a Gateway built
2.26gH P4
512mb DDR-Ram (expandable to 1gb)
DVD-Ram/R (Ram discs are like RW but last longer and act like a hd when formated)
CD-RW
80gb HD (windows XP)
10gb HD (linux RedHat9 at the moment, hope to install Fedora soon)
Audiology Sound card (like the first ones)
9000 Radion All-in-wonder video card

yeah, fedora uses RPMs. Makes it a lot easier to install distro-specific things

and im using stardock's windowsblinds, the skins called subterfuge.
plus im a bit of a minimalist so i dont have much of a desktop...
