Neat little unit, not a bad piece of work. My review is here:

No worries, my urge to kill is falling.
It's not on Target's website yet, and I haven't seen any reviews of it anywhere else. Coleco's site is just a "coming soon" logo page.
It looks JUST like the "PlayPal Portable" now on Ebay... I'm looking for a review of that thing just out of curiosity. My .02: it's a nice little toy, perhaps a little pricey though.

the BenQ Joybee EG10 looks like the alpha plus pocket pad - google them and see...Flojomojo wrote:Engadget had a picture of a device from BenQ with a gig of space for MP3s and a cost of $150 -- this isn't it. And that's right, they are 8-bit Game Gear and Sega Master System games, not Genesis games ... but who said anything about Genesis games?
the benq one was announced april 2006 and alpha plus in october 2006, have either of these surfaced yet?
even a search on ebay didnt come up with anything - although a single UK seller has the latter alpha plus model apparently. But due to the limited info on this and his picture not being of the actual product i dont wish to purchase it...
anyone have any more info on either of these?!?
First project = A portable arcade cabinet... practical? no... Fun? HELL YEAH!

Do either of you mean either of those? or the coleco/playpal one?
Also im over in the Uk.... it takes longer for us to get most things - still not got the PS3 yet (7-8 weeks time!) and by the time we do the price is close to what you pay in dollars in GBP sterling so almost twice as much as you! If it is the benq/alpha plus pocket pad/joybee one how much is it?
My girlfriend is after a new mp3 player for jogging and if its cheaper than an iPod but more importantly it has old GG/SMS games on it!!!
