i have lucid dreams almost evry time i dream on tim i had a lucid nightmare and consciously woke my self up

This all reminds me of something:

Has anyone else had that sensation where you're half asleep and you feel like you're falling, then you land really hard and you're on your bed?

I've had similar. I'll be half-asleep & somewhat dreaming, & I dream that I trip or something & I awake from a limb twitching.

Yeah, I've gone to sleep and in the middle of the dream I trip or something. Then I wake up with a crash, as I've somehow jumped into the air and then fell, waking myself up.
