More crap.
To prove my point.
5. Google hires spooks:
Matt Cutts, a key Google engineer, used to work for the National Security Agency. Google wants to hire more people with security clearances, so that they can peddle their corporate assets to the spooks in Washington.
They hire these people because they're fricken brilliant! Google always looking for smart people, and you have to be prodigeous to get into the NSA...

But Google does indeed record everything you do in their sites, including Gmail. It even says so in their privacy policy.

And if you dont like that use another search engine and email client. No one is forcing anyone to use google or gmail. The people that make these arguements about google is evil they'll be your online big brother. Bah, their the same people that make those stupid arguments about the other political party, or as I like to call them "Zealots". A lot of people in the USA are only looking for something to complain about.

Stupid arguments? Since when is it stupid to stand up for your political party? :?

No, a lot of people in the USA simply like to point out the dark secrets of seemingly-innocent companies. :wink

I think, if you're doing stuff through e-mail that you don't want people out in CA who don't give a damn about you and your life, unless it's really illegal, to find out about, that you probably shouldn't be doing it in the first place.

I never said is it, but blindly following someone or a group just becuase of *insert reason* is rediculous.

And so when people saw that google is offering email thats the nicest thingt these great do gooders have ever done. Well let me see, google is run by people and people can be corupted well there goes that seemingly innocent thing. We all know that they have a policy you agree to when you sign up to their email or use the search engine. And as for one person that works there and is former NSA well hold it google must be working with the US governement because there cant be any other reason as to why that guy was hired. Remember there is a quote I like and it says "True this a three sides sword. There are the two sides and in the middle is the true." Its up the the general public to make up their minds as to the risk. Flat out saying its evil is small and simple minded. I also hate conspericy theories if you havent noticed.

my god
they just hired him because of the fact he is qualified
I feel like I just read one of those magazines in the grocery store that says " Jesus came to Earth last week " or " is Anna Nicole dead? "
its just utter bullcrap

I bet if you look through all the millions of past goverment ofials that work normal jobs now, lots of companies would have " spooks "
jeezzz , these people need to get out and get some

And what do I gave a crap?
I am not breaking the law, so I do not care
