So today with nothing to do, I was walking through the endless constrains of cyberspace, when I happened to stumble apon an article about the PS2, and thought you guys would like to read it: here

Heh, Sony's pulling a Nintendo with releasing more colors as a console reaches the end of its lifecycle. Remember all those N64 colors when Gamecube was on the horizon?

I'm no fan of pretty pink, if I were of a different gender, had a girlfriend or any female friend that wanted a PS2 I'd likely get that. As that isn't the case I can't say it's cool or nice.

Signaling that indeed the news on PSP News

was correct about the PSM issue. A PSP2 or rather a PSP1 Plus is coming out in 2007. it will apparently have either 4 GB or 8 GB of Flash mem in it

But then again, what do i know

IIRC a few years ago there was a Sakura Taisen edition PS2 that was pink with red cherry blossoms.

Well, a good way to save money (or just not buying the PS2 Pink) is to go to http://www.decalgirl.com. They have all sorts of skins and wraps for your system. And they have a lot.

It still won't change the fact that girls rarely play PS2... Or at least the girls I know. (Sorry if that sounded sexist.) Nintendo is better for girls, in my opinion. It's got more "fun" games and not just violence. Last I checked, girls don't like violence that much. Or at least the girls I know. (Sorry if that sounded sexist.)

wouldnt this be one of the situations where buying a normal PS2 cheap and painting pink be a lot less expensive, plus its got the whole "i made it!" apeal

in my opinion if the girl in qustion plays videogames chances are she'll alreadyy have a PS2 anyway
