Gcp Idea

My friend an i are starting a gcp that looks kinda like a gameboy sp. the screen will be a psone screen 'course. the disc drive will be on the back instead of on the bottom. it will be approximately (LxWxH) 7x7x3 not including the disc drive on top. Cool idea? or has it already been thought of?

also i would like some ideas on it. anything i should add?

Good luck getting it to work and keeping it that size and design.

But do you think the hinge could hold the disk drive?

my friend and i are still trying to work that out. im thinking about just taking a springy thingy and putting a huge hole in it somewhere so the spring will slide into that and hold it up. if thats confusing ill draw it. but it probably wont help. lol.

Too be honoust. I think you should ditch the hing idea. It's way too weak too support it. it could stil look like an sp. Just not folding up.

Or you could make it look like a big Gameboy Mono, along with the custom screen front and the red light..

It would be an awesome project and would attract a lot of attention.
