First off thanks, I think this is my best so far. :D These are some of answers to some of the questions everyone is asking.

paint: rust-oleum sandable primer
rust-oleum fluorescent green

Bondo: bondo brand glazing & spot putty

Glue: permatex perma poxy 5 min plastic weld (the best)

Sandpaper: 180, 220, 320, 400 grit

Use dremel for all the cuts I make

And I did resize the picture's on the site thanks for the heads up..

More info to come....

Wow... just... wow... You know, I don't have an XBox, I've never been interested in owning one, and I'll probably never buy a 360. But this is absolutely breathtaking.

I must say, however... that there's one thing I don't like about it - it's discouraging. I don't get why everyone else is saying that your portable has inspired them to continue/start work on their portable or whatever. You see… to me, it's just a slap in the face saying, "Haha, you'll never make a portable that's better than mine!" It's about the competition to me. I was going to make an XBox portable JUST to show it could be done! I didn't really even want one! I just wanted to be the first, you know? So, yeah... it's kinda discouraging. But anyway, this isn’t about me. Congrats on being the first to do the nearly-impossible, man. Congrats.

Well seems the impossible is possible. This is going to change the whole way I think about making portables.

Also Dkap01 (a.k.a. Dave), did you install the DVD play back accessory to it so you can watch movies? Or is that just a silly idea?

Hmm...I've tried using my dremel to cut shapes out of my nes case, but it barely cut through that material. Is plastic for vacuum forming much more dremel friendly than an actual console case? What dremel bits do you use for this job? Well anyway, your portable is so pimpin that I decided to comment on it again

he has a modchip so he just boots DVD's from his dash and uses the controller to watch it.
