Teraflop got it, the 360 uses heatpipes. As far as I know part of the heatpipe comes in contact with the processors much like a normal heatsink would, except there is a channel within the heatsink that holds some liquid. When this liquid hits the part in contact with the processor, it cools the processor and is turned into a gas form, which travels along a thin tube. While going through the tube it condenses again so that the process can repeat.
