Need help removing controller and Power/Reset wires

Need help removing controller and Power/Reset wires
I'm having trouble removing the wires that go to the Controller ports and the Power/Reset buttons. It seems like they're locked in or something. Any suggestions?
For the power buttons, there are little clips on the buttons. Use something small (small standard screwdriver, knife, or whatever) and unclip them. BE CAREFUL because they break very easily. But if you dont care if the clips break, then dont worry about it. The switches will still work. Also, I think part of it is glued...I ended up breaking the case off of my power switches

In order to take the whole switch off, you need to desolder it from the board.
