Is normal for my SNES to screw up over the slightest bump?
You know, when you're in the middle of playing a game and your SNES bumps something and suddenly a warped image/green screen/etc appears and the only way to fix it is to just restart it. Well my mini SNES is very prone to this. Is this normal and if not, how do I fix it?

Yeah if the cart is loose the only thing you really can do to fix that is just reenfoce the cart. I'm guess you left the cart slot where it was, so the only suggestion I can made is fill in any space you have around the cart. If you do that you should only have to worry if the cart is pulled out rather then bumped or cocked to the side to cause that kind of problem.
I hope this helps.
