Okay, I am finishing up my NESp, but I have one problem; the cart slot got cut a tad bit too big, so the Yobo MB can't be screwed in. If I were to hot glue the mobo to the wood case, would it hold, or would the constant insertion force of games cause it to rip off?

Would this work?

I dont see why some solid dabs of decent hot glue wont hold. Obviously white glue over the counter crap won't work. It might be a little flaky because in my experience (I can say, I actually have experience gluing PCB to wood :p), it kind of sucks because the wood is porous yet the PCB is not, and it's difficult to find a good glue that works for both.
As for "conductive glue", you'd need to LOOK for such a thing rather than accidently have it happen.
Consider going to Home Depot and finding longer screws
/edit: Don't put a mixture of bondo and glue in a pot unless you want to die from the fumes :p
