Can you make a case out of that?

Like floer+Water and newspaper than like spraypaint it?

Would be easy sence you get newspaper for free!

well... atleast out of the paper mache I made, it is not nearly strong enough!
It's fairly fragile

Sorry to be harsh, but that is the worst idea ever. Even worse than cardboard cases.

And, you don't get newspaper for free. It cost 50 cents from the boxes ($1 on Sundays) and your parents have to pay a monthly (or yearly) fee to get it. Plus, there are better ways of making a case. Just go buy a tackle box for the same price as all of the supplies.

Well, actually, you do. They throw it in your yard every day because you order it from the state. If you didn't pay for it, you wouldn't get it every morning.
