video in on casio pocket tv 970?

If you're making a portable you probably need something to watch it on. (Unless you want to guess what's happening in the game, but I wouldn't advise that) Anyway, this forum is your "Hacking a pocket TV/screen" one-stop solution. Share your experiences and knowledge here.

Yeah, I'm looking at buying one of those and they aren't metioned in the book, so could anyone give any information on them? Thanks

I don't think that that pocket tv has composite input.

Apparently, it's got an antenna jack on all NTSC models as well as "Model B", whatever that is, and all others have Audio/Video Jacks. Which is very fortunate for me, as I live in Australia. Take that, suckas!

Well then, that's quite a discovery for those of you in the PAL region.

But Casio's "TV"-series models are all Ti-STN (passive matrix) screens, which suffer from motion blur - not good for fast-action gaming!

Yes, but PAL games are slower! It all comes together...
Anyway, they're rather cheap (I'm looking at one on ebay at about $AU20 with no P/H) so, knowing my n00bishness (I really shouldn't be doing this sort of thing, I failed wood tech last year), it's better to be sage that celery.
