Good luck. And really dont sweat it too much. I took mine and only passed with 6 points from failing, and I really BSed it as I didnt check my sides going through lights and such.
And really I dont think your under the pressure I was, I took my road test 3 days before my 18th birthday. So you know if I turned 18 before I got my level 2 permitt I would have to go through traning all over again.

I just hope you have better luck than me.
My car threw it's power steering belt half way through the test. I knew they wouldn't let me take the test in my '66 Mustang because it didn't have seat belts. So I took the '85 Olds that has had belt problems, but I thought I had it solved. I heard a belt snap while sitting at a stop sign, I knew right away which one it was. I told her about it and said I could try to finish the test without it or fix it now. I have driven the car without power steering before, as long as it was rolling I could turn. I finished and passed, the instructor gave me a little slack when it came to turning. I thought for sure I would fail because I hit the curb while parallel parking.
Good luck and remember always take a mechanically sound car, even if you need to borrow one.

I live in america and I turn 16 in 3 days (yes that is christmas) so i can get my license. But since i live in the state of kansas you can get a learner's permit when you are 14 so you can drive if there's an adult in the car, and then when you are 15 you can get a restricted licesence where you can drive to school and to work. I'm not sure how it is elsewhere in the US because the driving laws are state made.

Wow, 14...
Here in Taxachusetts you can only get your permit at 16.
You get your license at 16 1/2 if you go to driver's ed (and you get an insurance break
), 18 without driver's ed.
I believe you have to meet the driving requirements for the state you're in to drive legally there. (ie a 16 year old with a Kansas license will be ticketed for driving without a license in MA) Or maybe it's just here... who knows...
They really should standardize the ages...
But anyways, I've had my Class D (cars and light trucks) license for going on 2 years now. Yay I can drive any vehicle that weighs 25,999 pounds or less! cars, trucks, vans, box vans...
I may go for a Class M (motorcycle) license sometime.
I almost always get Class S licenses in Crazy Taxi.
(I'm surprised nobody made that joke yet
)
