Post by st_peter »

well, i have already found a box where my psx motherboard REALLY fits...
my only question is:
i was reading all stuff in forums, and i noticed that psone runned 7.2v... if i give 7.2v to my psx (the big one) will it work or will it burn? well, someguy tolde once that i had to connect it to 3 voltages... what does it mean? that i have to connect it with 3 batterys? whit how many volts and mah?
im making a lot of progress, and that is my only problem...

it takes 8v and 3.6v. i don't know if the 8v line can work on 7.2v. if you have a DVD player battery it might work on 8.4v but you'll have to find out if it works or not

There are two different power pinouts. There is one that has 5 pins and there is one that has 7. Goto www.gamesx.com and see which one fits your motherboard best. From there you can make a PSU that will output the necessary voltages.
