Dirigibles and Zeppelins are for the most part the same thing. Only different is that Zeppelin was a german company and is almost a generc term for all Dirigibles. And FYI dirigibles have a internal frame work, so even if they dont have any gas inside they still have a expanded envelope.*o* wrote:to be honest i have no idea what the first tow of those things are i know what the goodyear blimp is though
Blimps... the word blimp comes from the combination of Balloon and limp. Limp because it has no framework, and would be limp if no gas were in the envelope.
