(sorda)Portable Xbox
Ive decided, once I can afford a screen, that im gonna build a portable xbox. Ive decided to keep the power supply it comes with(for now) and focus on cutting other things, like the dvd-rom. From the pics ive seen, the xbox controller boards are double layered, so I cant cut it, so im going to put two indentions in the sides of my case(which will be wood) so i can get to the triggers. I dont know of any other way of getting the triggers where they can easily be used.
Only thing im not sure about is what kinda battery to use

I dunno if this would work for an xbox or not, but ive been tryin to find ways to ditch the power supply and ive found this

I'd suggest if you want to play a decent length game you'll need a battery with the capacity of a car battery. The Xbox is going to need close to 1.5-2 amps. Hard drives take a lot of power.

Without games my life would have no meaning.
Well, I guess it would, but it would be a lot less fun!!!!!!!

Thats Jack's term for a portable DVD player. They have anywhere from 5-10" screens (LCD) and play dvds with a battery pack built into the bottem of the case.
