PLZ HELP!!!!

My PS1 screen when hooked up to my playstation comes on, sound works just fine, the backlight is light up, the screen is white. It doesnt change colors it just stays white, Any suggestions?

Have you tried the brightness/volume buttons to see if the green bars come up?

it might be that the ribbon cable isn't properly secured...if you don't see those green bars, then that's probably the case

volume and brightness

this happens to me a lot my psone screen wont work at all unless i have the vid hooked up maybe you should check and see if there is a cold solder joint

i think that is called macrovision and i think its when the screen slowly turns green

it was the ribbon cable not plugged in correclty. Only problem is it only works when i push down really hard on the cable . Any suggestions on how to bypass this?

did you try putting video into it yet

maybe putting hot glue over the clamp would secure it
