quick question about video

Post by notaburger »

howdy all
right now i'm not getting any signal from my video on my nes (before i send it through my signal amplifier)
i checked it with a multimeter and i'm getting zero voltage from it (not even a little like i'm supposed to)
so
i was wondering, is there someplace else on the board where i can pull this signal from?
the rings of solder around the holes came off when i took the rf box off so i was hoping that this was my problem (keeping me from having to rip apart another nes)
any help would be great
i have been confirmed that my wiring is correct though
thanks

Have you checked for 5V+ coming from the 7805?

you're not grounding the connection on the board around the video out spot are you? (I know it's a silly question, but I thought I'd ask!)
